What is Club One loyal customer program based on?
With the Club One loyal customer program we want to reward our customers who actively use Tallink's and Silja's services. Club One is a household-based loyal customer program which means that the whole family accrue the same account.

 

What does household-based mean?
Household-based means family members living in the same household. All these members receive the same loyal customer number and they accrue the same account. In addition to the main card, several affiliate cards may be used.

 

About the renewal of Club One cards.
The Club One level is monitored as long as the card is valid according to the valid through date and this is why the card expires before a new one is ordered. With the extra month on the card it can be used normally until the new card arrives. It is possible to get a temporary card from the check in if your card has expired or you have forgotten to take it with you.

 

How can I add affiliates and family members to my Club One account?
At the moment you can add affiliates and family members to your Club One account via our sales. In our register we need the name, sex, birth date and citizenship of the affiliate or family member. We will send a Club One card to affiliate members within few weeks of registering them.

 

How much do I have to spend to get bonus points? How long are they valid?
Club One Bronze and Club One Silver card owners get bonus points according these rules:

1 EUR= 33 bonus points (purchases until departure)
1 EUR= 24 bonus points (purchases onboard)

Club One Gold card owners get bonus points according these rules:

1 EUR= 40 bonus points (purchases until departure)
1 EUR= 29 bonus points (purchases onboard)

Bonus points are valid for 24 months from the time of registration them in the system.
